The GGG layout is actually pretty close to the original MXR layout, so it may fit in a 1590B with a bit of careful filing and wiring.  You<ll probably use much smaller pots that MXR did so that will leave room for maybe a couple mods, but a larger case will be needed to accommodate ALL possible mods.

Note that some versions of the files at GGG and Tonepad mistakenly have the range shift mod consisting of changing only one cap.  In fact, you need to change the caps in both filter sections.  Stock is 1000pf (.001).  Smaller values move the range upwards, larger move it downwards.

Also note that posted schematics indicate 500k pots.  You can use 1M pots for both attack and threshold.  This will allow slower attack times without affecting the fastest ones, and will allow you to use much hotter input signals and control sweep subtlety without affecting sweep width for more timid input signals.

Finally, note that while the reverse sweep works, most pedals with up/down sweep tend to adjust the start-point of the sweep for the down direction and this mod does not.  There IS a way to adjust the starting point of downward sweeps, but I haven't pegged down the details as of yet.  Even when it is finalized, it will require more than a DPDT toggle.  That's the long way of saying that you should have realistic expectations of the downward sweep's behaviour.  Upward works just fine, though.
