Can't find the anwser anywhere.

i'm building a tube preamp, a EQ and a fuzz in one enclosure. I want to be able to switch the fuzz before and behind the preamp. I know i could simply conect 3 inputs and 3 outputs and use patchcables to put the fuzz in front of, or behind the preamp. But is it possible to do the same thing with a switch?

There is an article at geofex.com called effects reverser or something like that, about using a 3pdt switch to do that.

Have you thought about having ins and outs for each effect, but using regular normaled jacks (with the tip shunt switch contact) to make a default order, so it still works without any extra patch cords?

Thanks.

I'm goning to use a 3PDT toggleswitch for that. That way i have

Tube preamp > Fuzz > EQ (with 3 on/off footswitches)

and

Fuzz > Tube preamp > EQ (with 3 on/off footswitches)
