Hi guys,
I am being told via PM that the actual Sparkle Drive from VDL has 3 IC's and not 2?
Anyone have the actual pedal they can take a peak at for me?
I've never seen the guts of one so, can anyone confirm this?

snoof

i'll check and get back to ya...

3 ic's; 4558, 5532, qtc h11f4??  6 pin package.

markm

Oh yeah.
That's right.
I think the 3rd is part of the power supply.
Thanks much,   :)

Hi guys,
H11F it is optocoupler I guess on the input circuit ( typical for SparkleDrive).
Thanks

Yes, the optocoupler is part of the distinctive VoodoLabs bypass system. A very effective one, I must say...
I think GEO has an arcticle about the issue.
Pagan and happy!

Havent seen this at GEO, not opto-isolation anyway.
Schem from same guy that did the ZW-44 etc. Just redrew it to make it smaller.
