One tryes to do it's best, but then sadly.. things like this happen.

News from MI audio webs site:
14.05.07 MI Audio Robbery - Last night we were broken into. Approximately $11,000 worth of guitars, amps, effects and computer equipment was taken, including my favourite guitar, my Carvin HF2 ("Holdsworth fatboy"). There are very few of these instruments in Australia, so if you see something resembling this guitar, it's probably it. Contact me! I want my baby back!

My best wishes for thr people of MI audio.  Hope you can actually recover what was robbed and the bastards who broke in get what they deserve!

That robbery news sucks - lowlife scumbags!!!  >:(

I've got an MI Audio Crunchbox and it's the only 'bought' effect I've ever had that I don't feel the need to tweak at all.  Buy the time I got it shipping into the UK and got stung for import duty it was around £70 which ain't bad at all.  Just picking up on one point that Michael said though, I could easily build this circuit for half of what I paid (not that I would)
