Blues Driver Signal Loss

Picked up a blues driver a little while ago, did the Monte Allum H2O mod to it. Everything seemed kosher and working for me. I plugged in and was playing for say a minute or two and checking my settings. The signal faded a bit and cut out, so turn it off and on, the effect works when engaged but no signal will bypass through the pedal. I went back and checked for cold solder joints and any of the caps I replaced, all seems well.

I searched out on the board what some issues may be, I don't have a great handle on the BOSS switching system but thought the fets would be where the problem lays. Used some of the K118's from an older working boss pedal I had and no dice so far. Replaced the switch. Checked the connections on the jack, I'm starting to get puzzled. Can anyone shed some light on where I should be looking here or if you have run across a problem like this before?
