Hello.

I wanted to know what everyone was using as a cross reference for the LM13600/LM1360/CA3080.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks. Antonio.

Cross-reference in what sense?  The LM13600 and LM13700 are both dual OTAs. the CA/LM3080 is a single, and the CA3280 is a dual.  While the 13600/13700 are pin for pin compatible in most respects, and the CA3080 (can or chip) and LM3080 are identical to each other, the two types are not like the 13600/700, and neither are like the 3280 or share its pinout.

Are you looking for an NTE/ECG replacement?

Antonio:

You can still find those parts at Ebay and at a few retailers for example Jameco has the CA3080 ($3.54) and the LM13700  ($1.20) (almost identical to the LM13600) and NTE has the cross reference part equivalent:

LM13600=NTE870
CA3080=NTE902

NE5517 pin-to-pin compatible with LM13600/13700. Of these only LM13600 is obsolete.

LM1360 doesn`t fit in there...

(closest nephew is CA3094)
