JUST the bottom plate for 1290NS shells?

I usually use the 1290NS shells for my effects, and I'm trying to hunt down a source that sells JUST the bottom plate. Mouser and the other places don't seem to sell just the bottoms, so I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction.
