Stage center reverb

I build a stage center reverb from GGG, using the appropriate tank from small bear, and there's a lot of hiss.
A little searching around here revealed that a 10pF cap in parallel with the 2M2 resistor might help the hiss, and it did a little, but there's still quite a bit of hiss. Is there anything I can do about this? Maybe a higher quality opamp,  a higher supply voltage, or a seperate lowpass filter?

try a 22pf or higher instead of the 10pf.  it will cut a little bit more of the highs.

  I've reverse polarized caps or had noisy opamps, which has made for hissy builds.
  Swapping the opamp or a cap which has been reverse polarized..

  but there's still *quite a bit of hiss
  would prompt me to look elsewhere for a hiss source, you could cut/lift one end if there's enough lead above the board, but I don't think the next 2m2 [swap] would be any better than the one that's there because that R position probably isn't the source of QAB of hiss.

Well I added another 10pF, so it's a total of 20 now, seems to help quite a bit.

.....it also helped that I hooked the reverb tank up correctly this time

I had hiss in mine also. I swaped in a LM324 from Radio Shack and
that helped a lot.
