Dead QTron+

I found an OLD post that started to explain this but wanted to get a refresher.  It Lights up but a VERY VERY faint sound.
My daughter rolled her foot on the power strip so it flicked on off quickly, now nothing.
When testing the IC's is there something I should be looking for?
I am not sure how to post old topics so here is the history I could find.

I don't know what is in the Qtron as an active element, but when OTA chips (like the LM13600 or CA3080) fry from too much control current, filters can behave like that.
Turning gear on & off rapidly can cause problems, because sometimes it is assumed that capacitors will charge up in a certain order, and so if power is removed & suddenly replaced some components might be momentarily reverse biased, Design should take care of this, but....

From Camsen:So I had a power glitch yesterday during a gig & my ehx qtron pedal stopped working.
It seemed like the filter kinda jammed wide open, it was loud & super bright.
I was going to try open it up & see if anything was fried today but when I used it today it was fine.
Does anyone know how this could've happened?
I wondered if maybe something like a capacitor could have held on to the extra charge from the surge, however I have little knowledge of how the qtron works. I know it's some op amp deal...
I use a power conditioner so there shouldn't have been an external power surge but the plug was loose in the socket, typical gig scenario... & my rig went on & off like 3 times in 1 sec, so maybe not a power surge, but definitely a compromising power scenario.
