Eazyvibe mod question

I would like to know how to use a pot for the modulation on the eazyvibe, not for the speed,
I want to use it in a wahshell so i kan shange the rate with the pedal if you know what i mean,
so i have to bypass the lfo in som kind of way.

I think if you tap off at the point where the trimmer is, you could use an external pot to control the LFO...well, the brightness of the LEDs.  With the depth control set to 100%, they will always be on, and your pot would make them dimmer.  By playing in the this area, you will find a good value pot to use, maybe have it on a switch that disengages the existing trim pot...
