Popping Problems

Hi,

I've been fiddling around with a circuit. It's kind of a tremelo done with switching, where the signal is turned on and off. The only problem is, when it does turn on or off, it clips the signal, leaving a popping/clicking sound. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I could remedy this?
