Building my first Wah... Need suggestions.

I've decided to build a wah and I'm looking for some suggestions.  Normally I'd just buy a bunch of different parts and try them out, but wah parts are expensive(!) and I don't really want to have an extra 45 bucks worth of inductors laying around after the fact.  So I'm looking for suggestions on the following:

1.  Inductors- I'm planning on putting in 2 different inductors, so what are 2 good inductors that can give me 2 distinct sounds?  And if someone could give me a little info on what the characteristics are of the common inductors (Fasels, Halo, etc.) that would be freakin sweet.

2. Pot size- Most builds call for 100K, but there are a lot of other values availiable; are there any benefits to using a higher or lower value?  Or will it just cause useless sweep points?

I guess I should say something about the wah tone I like; I'm not really a conneseur of wah tone, but I'd say I'm more a fan of the more agressive, maybe slightly dirty, wah sound, rather than the light clean type wah tone.  You know, more Rock, less Funk.  Thanks to everyone in advance.

No suggestions?  I know there are some Wah experts here...

I love both fasels and for a while had my wah rigged where I could switch back and forth.  If memory serves, the yellow is dirtier while the red is brittle sounding (in a cool way).

Pot size makes a very subtle difference to my ears.  I wouldn't bother with it.

What I absolutely would do is use trimpots (recommended pot value) as variable resistors for Rin (100k), Re1 (1k), an dRfb (5k).  These pots allow you to tune the circuit to the inductor you are using.  I wouldn't bother using a pot for Rq; I'd just put at least 100k resistor in it.

Awesome chart and info!  Exactly what I needed- Thanks!
