9v battery terminal

Hi..

I try to find & search 9v battery terminal like the picture attached.  It likes the hard fiber instead of black plastic that easy to tear off. Anyone know where to get it, please advise...

I use batteries like the plains aboriginals used the buffalo: nothing is wasted (or at least as little as possible).  When I can't rejuvenate the 2-for-a-dollar 9v batteries I buy any longer (using a charger), I figure I can at least use the terminals.  The battery shown in the PDF document was obtained from the discard pile at a university A/V tech office.
