Ok, I want to take a DPDT stomp switch and solder a resistor to one set of poles, a resistor to the opposite pole lugs. I know how to wire it so that I can select one or the other resistor. One resistor is stock, the other is for more of a boost. How can I add another LED to my pedal so that I have an LED indicator for the boost option. I cant just wire another LED to the one resistor, right? Any help would be very appreciated.
Thank You in advance.

Oh, and do I up the limiting resistor for the  other LED or add one to this 2nd LED?

first off, you can do that with an spdt instead of a dpdt to save a little space if you don't need an led.
but as far as a dpdt goes... no you can't add an led there.  you'll need a 3pdt with a limiting resistor on the new led.
