Not sure if there is one or not off hand.  I don't recall ever seeing one.  Sorry.  Should be moderately easy to do a stripboard layout, however I think the perfboard layout they have on runoffgroove.com is great.  To me it would be less of a pain to do it on perf.  You wouldn't have to cut traces and add jumpers.

By the way, I can point you in the right direction for doing your own stripboard layouts if you need it.    Forgot to mention that.  Be forewarned I am a total novice.

Okay, maybe i'll try the perfboard layout then.. Asked for a vero layout because i didn't think i had any perf left. But hey! I didn't see under my couch..
