whacky part numbers ltspice switcher cad three.

I'm wanting to use switcher cad three to learn about circuits. It's going well so far but I can't get my head around the mosfet part numbers. I wanted a BS170 but I'm struggling to pick out which are similar. I think I'm close with the BSS145 but there could be others a lot closer. If theres anyone out there who could help me please let me know?

By the way for anyone who hasn't seen it. before, it's great you should give it a go.  I'm using it to see whats going on inside pedals without the mess of leads everywhere.
