Radio signals and grounding the output

I'm testing the Green Ringer I put together, and am picking up some sort of radio broadcast...
Is this a common issue?

I think it's related to my output jack.  I don't know how to properly ground it.  Right now I only have it connected to the output of the circuit.
Meaning, my output jack only has one wire connected to it.  Is this causing my problem?
