2N5089 confusion.

So Mouser lists the following for Fairchild Semiconductors 2N5089 -

2N5089BU
2N5089TA
2N5089TF

All point to the same data sheet and unless I overlooked something I could not find any difference between the three. If someone would be kind enough to explain...

Don't quote me on this, but I believe the different suffixes usually denote either safe temperature specs and/or package types - some are supplied in an ammo reel, others loose, perhaps a different pinout.  The transistor itself is identical.

2N5089BU = bulk packaging, i.e. 1'sies, 2'sies.
2N5089TA = Ammo packaging.
2N5089TF = Tape and Reel packaging.
