Resistor capacitor sub help

I have a few res and caps i cant seem to find, so was wondering if its possible to substitute them with something else.

They are for the vero layout Boogey (Harald Sabro Bolstad)

Generally nearest preferred values should be good enough in most cases (but if you must have exact values, then you can get very close with a couple of preferred values...)

Caps
20pf    use 18p or 22p    (or put 2x  10p caps in parallel)
30nf    use 27n or 33n    (or put 2.7n or 3.3n in parallel with a 27n)
5nf      use 4.7n  (or put 270p or 33p  4.7  in parallel with a 4.7n)

Res
2M      use 1.8M or 2.2M   (or put a 1.8M and a 220k in series)
