Any active DI box ?

Are there any simple active di boxes circling this place?
I made a search and came up with nothing.
Im thinking about puting one oon an amp simulation stompbox.

The link didnt worked for me too....but a few googles and i found the schematic.
Its ok. The di part....i dont whant the filter part.
But it works on dual supply wich is bad for my case.
Does anyone knows a simple single supply one?
Maybe those that are used on transformerless microphones? Wich i dont manage to find now that i need tem!!!
By the way i have a few spare transformers from the MXL 2001 microfone.....Would they do the job for guitar? I dont know impedance values or anything else about these transformers.
