I want to get an enclosure like this.

Actually I just don't want another hammond style box.  I have enough and just want to play with making a nice little custom pedal with a custom style enclosure.

They're custom made.  If you have a good drawing/plan, you can approach just about any small sheet-metal machine shop in your area and request a run of these.  Unless you make it worth their while, though (i.e., request more than a few), they may not make it worth your while.
