Tremulus Lune double speed

Im looking to hook up a footswitch to double the rate of my tremulus lune, so I can have:

1.  Normal Rate              -and-
2.  Double speed

I tried adding a switch to incorporate a 100uf cap to ground, like listed here:

But this cap, when switched in, SLOWED the rate by a factor of 2.  Is there any generic rate doubler mod (like a switch that doubles the value of the speed pot) that someone knows of?  THANKS A LOT!!!!!

whatever math the 100uF is to the stock cap, reverse it (i don't have the schem in front of me). for example, if 100uF halved the speed, try a 47uF. if that slows it down, move the other direction. i've figured out a lot of cap mods this way...
