Can I use 200k trimpot in Fuzz Centrals output buffer? here's the link to the schemo. http://fuzzcentral.ssguitar.com/axiswah.php

To adjust output volume yes. If you want 100k across the pot, you can add a ~200k parallel.
200k should be just fine though.

i've been running mine full open so it probably won't matter what trim you use, i could replace mine with a 10 ohm resistor.

There are other ways to reduce/increase wah volume, volume control on the end is simple enough really though.
Buffer won't increase gain, might sound louder when an impedance mismatch or driving a long cable isn't causing losses.

I'm doing this just for insurance that my wah will work before fuzz pedals.
