Built the lovely Jumbo Tonebender with the tagboard.com layout, and Q3 on my second build (with diode swirching added) won't bias right.
The 100k resistor from base to ground (on left) measures 57k in circuit but is fine out of circuit and on the working edition.
Gaaaah! I knifed the gaps, reflowed solder, swapped transistors, measured every resistor.
Any advice?
Both circuits work the same without Q3 installed but once it's installed in the newer one, farts.

I'll check if any capacitors are blown next. If one of those ceramic discs is bad...

Btw: wich transistors you used?
To you, buffered bypass sucks tone.
To me, it sucks my balls.

Works fine in the other one.
BTW, Q3 is still not working with a 3904 or a 2222

Hmm....  Your blue wire board has an electrolytic cap on the left that your yellow wire board lacks....

Technical difficulties.  Please stand by.

Yeah, forgot that one in the first iteration.  Added the cap on the left as it was easier to solder in!
Thanks!
