Question: Printing GGG PCB boards and proper size

I was going to print some of the GGG boards and etch my own.  However, it seems like the PCB doesn't print the proper size.  Are they sized wrong on the PDF file?  My printer is setup properly.

Printing at "fit to page" should work for all of his stuff.
