Anyone ever seen this or know anything about it?

Got this from a friend who got it from a friend......

Its a tube tremolo of some kind. I cant find anything on it. Says J.T Pedals on it. The tube sticks out the top when assembled.
Ive disassembled it because it seems to work when it wants.

all i found was that they were out of LA and people seem to love em if they got them. Didn't see a schem.
