Any sound samples from Tube Cricket?

I would like to hear how this thing sounds. I'm in a process of making layouts and sourcing parts for this thing.
  Can this thing do a Fender type clean or is it more "Marshally" sounding unit?

hey i just built the ruby today, are you interested in samples of that? I could put some up tomorrow, its a gerat amp! I tried it off a 9V battery today, and was positively surprised.

I actually have build ruby (with Bassman mods) and Noisy Cricket MKII. I have took some parts from ruby to other projects and I was planning to replace the guts of my Noisy Cricket MKII with Tube Cricket, because my noisy cricket has some sort of issues with passive pickups and the Tube Cricket looked like a cool project.

oh ok...well i lost interest in the cricket, because i am really pleased with the ruby! Playing it right now with my 2x12 while the rest of the house is asleep so much fun, and much better tone than my crappy peavy mini combo practice amp which just sounds like a pile of shit mostly.

BTW try it with 12V wall wart and I think you may be even more impressed. As I can remember it acted quite similar to tube amp when it was boosted. I mean that normally when you boost distorting ss-amp it just tend s to get more hiss and hum but ruby did just break up in a nice way.
