Question about multicolor LED

Hi everyone,
I recently bought one of those car lights that change colors because I wanted to add it on my pedalboard...
While I was disassembling it to make it pedalboard power supply friendly I messed up and now I don't remember how to wire it corretly.

The LED has just 2 lugs, if I connect the power supply directly to it it turns on but it doesn't change color (stays red)...

The other two components are a 300R resistor and a C4V7ST diode

Does any of you know how should I wire it?
