A/B box-Do I have this right/

I am talking to someone about building them a souped up passive A/B box/looper, and wanted to see if I have this right.

I would use 2 3PDT switches.  Switch 1 would either Bypass the box or put the box in the circuit.  Switch 2 would select between either loop 1 (in/out) or loop 2 (in/out).   Ideally, each option would have a status LED. 

Now that I think of it, would it require 1 3PDT for On/Off and 1 4PDT to switch loops?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
