I'm building a positive ground hornet with the tranny set from small bear.... I got the positive ground layout from ggg, i know te polarity of the battery changes, but does the 9 v + and 9 v - on the board switch?

thanks scott.........
put it together, now take it apart

If you have the neg ground layout then just follow that.

In general the black battery lead will be your power connection and the red lead is ground.
The + of all polarized caps goes towards ground, opposite of neg ground convention.

so follow the negative ground and reverse the 9+ and 9- on the board and reverse the polarized caps, right?

Best way is to start with a correct, verified schematic.
If you can't find one, make notes on the other one or draw one up.
Post that and we'll try to verify it.
Any component represented on the schematic with an 'assymetric' or 'directional' mark [like diodes, polarized capacitors, power supply, transistors] get reversed...now the little arrows point the other way, [which means NPN becomes PNP, diode gets flipped around]...
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

thanks pete, you just gave me an answer to my problem......
