Boss DD-2 Clone???

I keep on bumping into all these Boss-like pedals all the time. A store near my house carries some of them and there are all over the place on ebay. They come in different brand names (GLX, Beta aivin, etc.) but apart from that they all look identical.
They have a delay which is a very obvious Boss DD-6 copy. But what about this in the following link? Could it be a DD-2 copy? Does that make sense? I mean the DD-2 had a 12 bit cheap and the Mode knob had different settings than this one. Could it just be another stripped down version of the DD-6 copy? One weird thing I noticed by reading their specs is that Output impedance is 1 M ! That must be a typo, right?
Any info on these?  I wouldn't mind picking up a simpler and cheaper delay to use together with my DD-6. Also, it might be fun to start fooling with some delay mods at some point but I wouldn't want to learn by frying the DD-6.
