Hi,
I want to build two distortion circuits in one enclosure. Each circuit will have its own in and out jacks in case I want to connect another effect in between. How should I do the grounding to avoid loops? I thought of connecting all ground wires to the sleeve of the first circuit's input jack. Is that the right way to do it or it? Please have a look at the following diagram and let me know if I've drawn it correctly. If anybody knows a better way please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi it seems to me switches are wrongly connected, you'll never get FXed signal at the OUT, if you're not using LEDs just connect them in the easiest way

DPDT Switch
1 2
3 4
5 6

1=fx in
2=fx out
3=signal il
4=signal out
5+6 connected together

grounding-wise that's how I'ld do it to...      :)
with the switches, do it the armando way or have the output come off the middle lug... er... I think?

Oh, I see...my drawing is actually not the way I wire the switches!!! Sorry for the confusion guys  :icon_redface: I've been sick the last days and my brain doesn't function properly. I messed up the drawing. I always have the output coming off the middle lug in real life. It has worked perfectly in all my pedals so far.
Thanks for pointing out the mistake.

EDIT: Drawing corrected
