Has anyone ever tried doing a baked enamel finish?
Baked enamel is pretty durable and I would think it would be a preferable method to painting your new stompbox.
If so, how did you do it?
I was thinking of getting a toaster oven (can find them at garage/yard sales for like $10) to use for this.
Any idea what the temperature and time should be?

Thanks

I would recommend using the function...you'll find TONS of info on baking, finishing, etc.

This goes for any question you may have asked - it probably has been answered before :)

Happy reading !  :D

Oops...
Sorry, my bad. Should have thought of that before.
I just woke up so my mind is not all there yet :)

you should also check the FAQ.

I tried baking enamel on a pedal i built over the weekend and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.  I use a toaster oven that my friend's parents were throwing out and I even baked the clear coat for a little while.  I'm about to post a photo of it in the pictures thread.
