What could I build with a tlo82cp?? It is a dual low noise jfet-input op amp Same pin out as 4558 except that it has a vee on pin four and the 4558 has a vcc-.

Not sure what the "cp" stands for but isn't that just an op amp?

Not as quiet as the TL072 and lacking the mojo of the 4558.

I've used them as unity-gain buffers along side their 72 brothers and can't tell any difference in noise or tone.

Maybe they use more or less power than other op amps, if you care about those kinda things.

Use them where ever you see a 72 or 58 called for, even just for fun with a socketed IC.
It's time to buy a gun. That's what I've been thinking.
Maybe I can afford one, if I do a little less drinking. - Fred Eaglesmith
