I'm rehousing a dl5 soundtank and I am having a bit of trouble with noise.  I replaced the switch with a normal 2 lug momentary, but the original switch had 4 lugs...I noticed 2 of the lugs were repeats.  The pots were easy, but the originals had 2 ground lugs on them.  I'm getting a noise that sounds like it is not grounded properly and it doesn't bypass all the way...

Any knowledge?  Thanks

I finished my project and thought I would post a pic.  The problems all went away after I mounted the pedal in the board...rookie mistake!

The toggle is a "hi-cut" switch. The second f/s is a self oscillator momentary switch that gets some crazy sounds.  This pedal, on it's own, has a Boss DM-2 type repeat sound... the high chirps, but with the hi-cut, it is a very nice, warm repeat.  1790ns prepainted case from Pedal Parts Plus.  That's it!

Nice job!  Those footswitches are a little foreign to me.  What are they?  Just standard 3PDTs?

I keep saying I'll rehouse my TS5.  I LOVE that thing but it's so junky.

I just used the bypass on the board and put small bear momentary switches in.  It actually doesn't suck any noticable tone.
