So what exactly does Pete Cornish do for buffering?

I was perusing this thread on TGP (yea, I know I claimed it rots your brain...) where the true bypass v. buffered argument was sparked by the latest Guitar Player article on pedal boards where Pete Cornish eschews the benefit of good quality buffers in pedals.

Someone asked the question and it's piqued my curiosity: what exactly is Pete Cornish doing for buffers in his pedals? I'm about to build a set of AMZ Super Buffers, one for the input and another for the output of my board. I'm just curious to know what Pete does because by all accounts his buffers sound fantastic.

Man, I'm dying to read that article now. I think subscribers get it a little sooner than those of us who buy it at the news stand.
