Maybe its just a n00bish question...Anyway...

Which diameter you use for your wires?

I was looking at banzai store and found some...
0.14 mm
0.25 mm
0.50 mm
0.75 mm
1 mm
1.5 mm

I don't think most people know wire in terms of diameter. It's generally gauges. The smaller gauge, the larger the wire. 22 is pretty good. I'm sure someone else knows what that is in mm.

I would order 0.50 or 0.75 as i drill my holes at 0.80

I didn't know what wire to buy from either so I just ordered a spool of 0,50mm, but IMO it's rather 'thick' to work with. I prefer wire that bend just a little easier for those hard-to-reach-spots, so next time I order I guess it'll be 0,25mm.
Then again it's just the type I like to use :)

I use 24AWG which is 0.5mm. Depending on the manufacturer, the insulation could be a bit thick, which might make it a bit difficult to work with in certain situations. 22AWG (0.65mm) is o.k., and 18AWG (1mm) is too thick for me to use in stomp boxes, a 0.25mm (30AWG) will be too thin.

22 AWG is standard and if you breadboard use plain (not multi-wire)
The diameter will be dependant on the current.

I prefer this 24AWG from Smallbear http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=85. Steve describes it as "A military grade of stranded #24, PVC insulation, but the strands are partly bonded so that the wire routes easily. In white, black, red, blue, yellow, green, orange, brown, gray, violet."

Affordable and very easy to work with. I see you're in Italy, Smallbear ships internationally.
