Mine ain't working either.
I used all the specified parts(except tl022's), though had to kludge some resistor and cap values together as my stocks are a bit low in certain values at the moment.

The IC's I tried were lm358's and tlo72's nothing but the clean signal.

So far I think I've killed 3 mn3007's on this project, blown one cap and killed 2 voltage regulators(the cap hit me in the forehead and scared the crap out of the girlfriend ha!).
If I bypass the voltage regulator and use a 12v supply everything heats up and dies.

I've built a couple MFOS soundlabs, a modular synth  and a bunch of other crap, but pedals seem to be more troublesome despite the lower part count.

I think this project needs quite a bit of detailed instruction if anyone can find the time to do it.

Can't complain though as FP gave me the board for free :)

Are we talking about the Ibanez FL 301 flanger at tonepad, right?
Mine works OK. Worked at first try, even if I had put an opamp the wrong way, wich caused my voltage reg to heat like mad... so really second try, but because of operator error! ::)
I put a voltage doubler inside the box to be able to use standard 9V power, and that got me heterodyning noise, wich I cured with some (10!) 100 uF caps at the power rails and some other stuff i don´t remember now. Mine has mix, regen, width, speed and range controls. Wide variety of sounds.
I think I posted some pics in the pictures thread.

Yeah its the same one.
Weird thing is, I've built some gear for my friends, and when it comes to doing the same project for myself it either doesn't work or doesn't sound as good...
Going to put this one aside for a few days and come back with a fresh perspective.
