Shin Ei fy2 problem

i built an fy2 and am having problems with no output other than bypassed.

here are my voltages


i have voltage on the output but very low a1.4v and the volts at the transistor (NTE199) don't seem right

ideas would be good. i've been pulling my hair out over this.

Well, to "start with" you have a ground problem

Q1 and Q2 emitters both connect directly to ground...they should read 0v ...but you're showing 8v .... start there.

One of the real ones just went for over $400 on e-bay, definitely one to DIY and not buy.
