Ok folks I am building a box of rock and the ousb and I need the following caps. Can you chek and see if I did the conversions right? Also I am having a heck of a time trying to find them at smallbear and help would be great. Also what kind of cap should I buy I was thinking poly film but I really dont know.
100nf   = .100 mf
22nf     =.022mf
2nf      =.002 mf
10nf    =.010mf
470nf   =.470mf

that's because at smallbear they're listed as "uf" micro=u

Yes, your conversions are correct, given the generally accepted practice of using mF to mean microfarads.  On Smallbear, you want to buy either Panasonic low voltage poly film or Xicon high voltage poly film.  He has them broken up into ranges of values, such as "470 pf. - 0.047 mf."  Just select the appropriate range and pick the value you need from the pulldown menu.  One thing to note is that you probably won't find 2 nF, but 2.2 nF is close enough.  You can get values like 2 nF from suppliers like Mouser and Digikey, but you almost certainly don't need to.

Ok thaks somthings are a little tricky at first, like buying from mouser! I wish I had a good parts store around here so I could just buy it and have it now.

zedmin, you could take a look at www.futurlec.com for components at good prices!
try their value packs...

Digikey also has a very good capacitor selection, probably a bit better than Mouser especially for audio circuit design.
Passive sucks.
