Boss DD-2 component identification (DC input jack/supply board)

Hi,

Can anyone identify the component used at the DC supply board on a Boss DD-2? Its a 3 leg type capacitor EMI filter I believe, but no mention of the capacitance. What would you guys suggest, I've seen values from 22pF to 10000pF for this type of filter? The schematic can be found here:

On the schematic its the coil and capacitor in a rectangle, just above solder point 2 (far left of diagram). Thanks in advance!
