Fuzz face layout for old parts

I did this while at work the other night, its my first layout. I wanted something that looked vaguely similar to the original and would accommodate for 1/2 carbon comps and large axial caps.

1 - Is there any copyright problems with this? I did this just from looking at the top of an original board and following the schem.

2 - Did I wire the trim resistor right? Wiper goes to one of the outer lugs?
