I used the GGG phase 45 board, got everything in continuity good, IC and trannies good (socketed both) now heres the problem I've got almost no voltage on the line out to the LED and when i engage the effect it cuts volume in half, I got a good phase sound, the volume just drops bad and the led doesnt work.......any ideas on why????
put it together, now take it apart

went over and over this thing I cant seem to pinpoint what it is, i solved the led problem, had a really small broken trace, I still have a good phase sound but the volume is still very weak....what components usually control this? any help is greatly appreciated thanks scott

  You'll need a DMM.
Far too many to be of any useful service to the 45 at this time.
After reading the debugging page, consider all of it as you go and supply ourselves with the vitals. Otherwise, only a very small amount of problem narrowing requires a large and confusing amount of useless commentary.
Yer lookin' to get signal through there and have a supply bias of about 1/2 of the supply.
Check for non-continuity between V_/+ before applying power, take all voltage measurements.
Start to figure out what you want the Signal>wire>cap>probe to look like, thought through, materials and assembly can be like ~making toast.
