2 effects in one box, power wiring

I just built an mxr bluebox clone and a fuzzface in one box. I wired the power for both circuits and for both LEDs right off the single DC jack. Battery + wire to one of the lugs, the other lug is grounded, and the third lug has four wires coming off it (one to each circuit and one to each LED). For some reason I'm only drawing 1-2v on a fresh battery off the DC jack. Is this right? If not, what am I doing wrong?

I have a 2.2k resistor on that third lug as well and I'm running each LED off that. Could this be knocking down on my circuit power wires? Help me out!
