Electrolytic Cap Questions for Llama and May Queen

Hi all,
I used the search function, and I think that I have probably already answered my own questions, but being the retentive freak I am, I need to ask anyway.  I just received my first Futurlec order and I'm hoping that I can make a couple of substitutions in a Red Llama and ROG May Queen.  I've ended up with way more electro and ceramic caps than I'm ever going to need.  (if anyone needs something, let me know, I'm up for trades)
I was curious about the 330uf capacitor in the Red Llama.  I've read that anything over 100uf will serve, but will there be any major differences if I were to use, say, a 220 or 470uf?  From what I can tell, either choice shouldn't be a problem, right?
On to the May Queen.  The schematic calls for a 2.2uf electro. Could I just parallel a couple of 1ufs?
Thanks in advance.

The Llama cap- you can use any size cap over 100uf to replace to 330uf.  The only caps that might cause a change in sound wouldn't fit into a stompbox anyway.

The May queen- 2 1uf caps in parallel will give you 2uf (close enough to 2.2uf) and I believe you have to orient them with opposite polarity- Although I'm not 100% sure.  If you search around you'll find the answer to that question.

When you parallel two smaller electro caps to make a larger value cap you shouldn't need to reverse polarity on either cap.  Just parallel them and orient both caps in the same polarity direction as you would if you were using just one cap of the right size.  In other words the negative leads would be connected together and the positive leads would be connected together and installed in place of where the larger cap would be.
When making a non-polarized cap out of a polarized cap that's where you would connect the caps in series instead of parallel and connect the negative leads together but that's another topic.
