the problem with the GGG build was that the bill of materials device values differed from the actual schematic. In the case of the rams head, i got zero distortion. Another problem i had was the 5 band resistors, they all had a brown band for tolerance, so if i had a value that started w/ brown i can be read backwards.... Use a meter even if you know your reading the bands right!! I'll take blame for my mistakes but i purchaced a kit so it would be a no brainer and the inconsistant values from the bill of materials and schematics pissed me off a little. I'll post guts soon.
