Adding a dry out

Is it really this simple? I took Aron's old pic and added the lower output.



Is it going to load the input signal?

yup i think it'll load the input signal. why not add a buffer? :)

The passive approach, as shown in your diagram, is most likely going to be a big can of fail. The dry output is going to be hitting the same connection as your input, which could really drag down the input. Additionally, if the circuit you are adding the dry output to has any type of gain, it will most likely overpower the clean bypassed signal, negating the whole idea.  A buffer is pretty much required.
