Cool writeup!

I've bought some BB201 varactors I'm going to parallel two and try if I can use them for a variable BBD clockrate cap. so we can use a pot to change the BBD clock rate by changing cap value instead of the pot for the 39K resistor mod I read somewhere.
Not sure if it will work since the varactor also has diodes in them , which makes me suspicious. I've never worked with them before.
