RF Transistor, OK in Fuzzface?

I had some mpsh10 resistors that have 60-100x gain. I breadboarded an Axisface with it in Q1 and a p100 in Q2. The sound is pretty good, but I'm getting a lot of radio freq. Could this be because the mpsh10 is a "RF" transistor or is this just the nature of the FF? I have seen advice on getting rid of radio signals, more wondering if the transistor is adding to the problem.

Thanks

It shouldn't depending on the layout.
The "RF" transistor will have a much higher bandwidth so it can amplify the high freq. signals, but with proper grounding or sheilding there shouldn't be a problem.

Is is boxed?  My GGG fuzz will pick up a radio station when not in a box.  Goes away once it's fully enclosed.
