dual coil latching relay: wired up right?

Hey All!
Read everything on geofex on relays, so I'd like to check if I understood everything:

Did I wire this 2-coil latching relay up correctly to prevent pops?
I added a diode across the coils, maybe there should be a 10 uF cap too?
